Gilmore Bank Remote Deposit customers enjoy extended cut-off times. Deposits made weekdays before 8 p.m. will be credited on the same day; deposits made after 8 p.m. will be credited on the following business day.

What Do I Do With Scanned Checks?

With Remote Deposit you may retrieve images of scanned checks indefinitely, eliminating the need to archive paper checks. It is recommended that checks be kept until reconciled with statements but destroyed no later than 90 days after deposit.
